Job Details

Duties

  • Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions
  • Facilitate learning programs aligned to business needs
  • Conduct assessments and evaluate learner performance
  • Provide feedback and coaching to learners
  • Support development and updating of training content
  • Ensure training materials are relevant and aligned to standards
  • Engage learners to ensure effective knowledge transfer
 
SLA Commitments
  • Training delivered as per schedule
  • Assessments conducted and feedback provided
  • Evaluation completed after each session
  • Continuous improvement actions implemented
 
Minimum requirements
  • Relevant qualifications in automotive training, business or related field
  • 3–5 years training or facilitation experience, ideally in similar OEM environment
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Experience in general automotive/dealer environment advantageous
