What You'll be doing:

• Support customer product trials and new product introductions to ensure successful implementation.
• Investigate customer complaints and provide technical solutions to resolve product-related issues.
• Conduct customer visits to assess product performance, provide support, and strengthen customer relationships.
• Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Provide technical support to production teams to improve product quality and reduce defects.
• Prepare and maintain technical reports, product specifications, and related documentation.
• Deliver product and process training to customers, operators, and apprentices where required.
• Work closely with Quality, Production, and other technical teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.

 

What we're looking for:

• Grade 12 / Matric.
• Diploma in Quality or a related technical qualification.
• Injection Moulding or Plastic Processing Certificate.
• A trade qualification will be advantageous.
• Minimum 3 years' technical experience within an injection moulding or plastic manufacturing environment.
• Sound understanding of quality systems and manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Well organised with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
