Requirements

• Minimum of 2–3 years' experience as a Customer Service Representative, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and customer management tools.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
