Role Overview

  • We are hiring a Customer Service Officer in AbujaFull-Time. 
  • You'll be the first point of contact for customers, the human face of a highly technical organization, helping people navigate insurance aggregation, verification, and compliance products with clarity and care.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries across phone, email, and messaging platforms with professionalism and warmth
  • Guide customers through Triax's insurance aggregation processes, KYC/verification procedures, and related product touchpoints
  • Investigate and resolve service issues, escalating complex cases where necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customers receive timely, correct information
  • Uphold strict confidentiality and data protection standards, given the regulated nature of the products.

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND or Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within fintech, insurance, banking, or telecoms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • A quick learner, comfortable becoming fluent in multiple technical products
  • Even-tempered, detail-oriented, and genuinely motivated by solving people's problems

Nice to Have:

  • Fluency in Pidgin, Igbo, or Hausa
  • Prior exposure to insurance claims or KYC/verification processes.
