Established Courier Company based in Kempton Park is looking to secure the services of a highly motivated, experienced Customer Experience Agent (CXA) Min Requirements: Gr 12 Minimum 3 years’ experience Comprehensive knowledge of the Courier and Warehousing Industry (domestic & international) Must reside in or near the Kempton Park area Own reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license Skills: Strong administration Analytical & mathematical Great organisational & time management skills Good interpersonal skills Excellent telephone etiquette – well spoken with good telephone voice Excellent client & negotiation skills Be able to solve problems & find practical solutions Good verbal & written communication skills Able to work independently Excellent geographical knowledge of Southern Africa Advanced Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Superior knowledge on Shiplogic or similar software packages.
