• A counsellor provides professional support to individuals experiencing emotional, psychological, or personal challenges.

Core Responsibilities

• Client Assessment: Evaluate client needs, backgrounds, and mental health through interviews and case histories to determine a proper course of action.
• Treatment Planning: Develop customized, actionable therapeutic plans and set measurable goals with clients.
• Support & Guidance: Conduct one-on-one or group counselling sessions, actively listening to help clients navigate trauma, stress, grief, anxiety, or addiction.
• Crisis Intervention: Provide immediate support and emergency intervention for clients experiencing severe emotional distress or psychological crises.
