What you'll do
- Prepare and cook menu items to consistent quality and taste
- Handle grills, small chops, and lounge/bar food efficiently, especially during busy periods
- Keep your station clean and follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Manage portions and minimise waste
- Support with stock checks and flag when supplies run low
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Cook, ideally in a lounge, restaurant, or hospitality setting
- Good knowledge of local and continental dishes
- Ability to work well under pressure and during evenings/weekends
- Clean, organised, and dependable
- A team player with a good attitude
