Responsibilities:
  • Supervise day-to-day site operations and construction activities
  • Interpret and implement architectural and engineering drawings
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines
  • Coordinate artisans, subcontractors, and site workers
  • Ensure quality control across all stages of construction
  • Oversee finishing works to ensure high standards
  • Enforce health and safety regulations on-site
  • Report project updates to management

Requirements:
  • HND/B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3–5 years' relevant experience
  • Proven experience in building and general civil construction
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, especially finishing works
  • Basic computer literacy (e.g., MS Office, project tools)
  • Experience in swimming pool construction is an added advantage
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Remuneration: NGN 200,000 monthly (negotiable based on experience)
