A casino and hotel group is seeking an experienced Complex Hotel General Manager to oversee the hospitality / hotel operations within a complex with 5 hotels, large Convention Centre and various f&b outlets. OPEN TO SOUTH AFRICAN NATIONALS ONLY, matching these specific requirements:- • Tertiary qualification • Solid hotel and operations management experience in 4* hotels as GM of over 12 years • Must also have Hotel General Management experience with Multi properties Ie minimum 3 hotels with over 600 rooms, at a Senior Executive Level • Strong communication and leadership skills • Business Management skills • Financial acumen and good understanding of company P&Ls To be considered, candidates MUST have the Multi Operations experience in 4 or 5 * resort hotels or Cluster GM (at least 5 years) as this is an EXCO level position - candidates who do not have the above experience, will not be corresponded with. o Submit an updated CV in MS Word format, starting with your current position, and attach a recent headshot taken in the past six months. o By applying, candidates agree to provide any further details or information requested by Hospitality Exchange within 24 hours, including references from previous 2 or 3 direct supervisors, prior to current employer, and consent to contact. o Interviews will be held in person, after an initial virtual interview. o Only South African nationals will be considered.
