Key Responsibilities

  • Process and reconcile commission and fee payments
  • Monitor and allocate daily bank transactions
  • Manage commission-related queries with internal teams and providers
  • Prepare month-end reconciliations and reports
  • Maintain accurate records and system data
  • Provide general operational and administrative support

Requirements

  • Grade 12 (relevant tertiary qualification advantageous)
  • 2–3 years’ experience in a financial, operations, or client services role
  • Experience with commissions, invoicing, or payments advantageous
  • Strong Excel and MS Office skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
