POSITION: Classroom Helper (5 Positions)

Overview

The school is seeking five (5) dedicated and enthusiastic Classroom Helpers to join its international primary school team. The successful candidates will support teachers in creating a positive, engaging, and safe learning environment for young learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with classroom activities and daily routines.
• Provide individual support to students when needed.
• Help prepare teaching materials and learning resources.
• Supervise students during lessons, playtime, and school events.
• Foster a caring and inclusive atmosphere in line with the school’s values.
• Ensure that classrooms are clean, organized, and safe for use.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of a Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE).
• Experience working with children in an educational setting will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multicultural team.
