Chief Nursing Officer

Role Summary

To provide strategic leadership and oversight of all nursing services to ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centered care while supporting Plainsview Hospital’s strategic objectives of workforce excellence, patient satisfaction, operational efficiency, and financial sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• MBA in Healthcare Management, strategic management, or any Leadership Mandatory.
• Registered Nurse with a valid license from the Nursing Council of Kenya.
• Minimum 7 years nursing experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of MOH regulations, Safe Care standards, and clinical governance frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Experience handling ICU, Maternity, and Theatre.
