My client a Hotel and Country Estate is urgently recruiting for a skilled culinary professional with a passion for quality, creativity, and teamwork?
We are recruiting an experienced Chef de Partie to join a dynamic kitchen team in a vibrant hospitality environment. This is a live-in position with excellent benefits including accommodation, meals, uniforms, and laundry service.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Chef de Partie, you will:

• Take ownership of your designated kitchen station
• Prepare and cook menu items consistently and efficiently
• Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during service
• Support stock control, food safety, and kitchen sanitation

• Able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen

Qualifications & Experience

• Culinary training or equivalent experience preferred
• 2+ years in a professional kitchen environment
