Casting Quality Control Technician

Responsibilities

• Inspect cast products for surface and internal quality defects .
• Perform non-destructive testing and visual inspections .
• Record quality data and report non-conformances .

Requirements

1. All must have at least 2 +years work experience at a manufacturing company

2. 20 to 45

3. Able to work in a fast paced environment

• Operate torch cutting equipment to cut strands to required lengths .
• Adjust cutting parameters for quality cuts .
• Maintain cutting equipment and report issues .
• Inspect cast products for surface and internal quality defects .
• Perform non-destructive testing and visual inspections .
• Record quality data and report non-conformances .
