Camp Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise daily camp/lodge operations.
• Lead, train and develop staff to maintain high service standards.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and personalised service.
• Oversee housekeeping, maintenance and overall presentation of the camp.
• Manage stock control, ordering and regular stock takes.
• Oversee meal service, guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Maintain effective communication and positive working relationships.
• Handle staff discipline, performance and day-to-day supervision.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years’ relevant hospitality experience.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a lodge, hotel or similar environment.
• Strong food and beverage knowledge.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for service excellence.
• Good computer literacy.
• Understanding of stock control and basic financial administration.
• Knowledge of housekeeping and maintenance procedures.
• A valid driver’s licence.
• Hotel or hospitality qualification will be an added advantage.
