Job Details

Job title: Call Centre Agent, 4 months contract (Midrand)

Job Description:

Over see all claims on the system as front line

Assist SOP team with any task required

Reporting to SOP Team Leaders

Escalate any issues internally

Ensure company SLA is not breached

Responsibilities:

Answer phones top assist customers

Respond to emails from customers

Engage courier and warehouse with any issues related to claims by customers

Verify claims against set company rules to verify or fail claims

Work with supplier's support structure

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

Matric

Call centre experience and certifications

Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook

Bilingual

Must have own car and valid driver's license

Responsible, Trustworthy and Honesty

Able to multitask
