We are looking for a motivated and analytical Process Improvement & Automation Intern to support the identification, analysis, and optimization of business processes across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, design better workflows, and implement automation solutions that drive measurable impact across the business. You won’t just be shadowing; you’ll be hunting for bottlenecks, mapping workflows, and building low-code solutions that save our team real hours. Job Details
- Assist in documenting current “As-Is” business processes across departments
- Support the design of improved “To-Be” process flows and workflows
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate process changes
- Support the implementation of automation solutions.
- Participate in testing of new processes, systems, or enhancements
- Maintain process documentation, SOPs, change logs, and create training materials for new workflows.
- Track process performance metrics and support reporting.
- Assist in change management and user adoption activities.
- Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs and measure the impact of process changes.
- Assist in running pilot tests and gathering feedback before full-scale rollouts.
- Present findings and recommendations to team leads and departments.
Requirements Must Have
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of process mapping e.g., flowcharts, BPMN
- Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Visio, Whimisical, Lucidchart, or similar.
- Interest in automation tools e.g., Power Automate, Zapier, UIpath, RPA tools is an advantage
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
