Responsibilities:
- Money: Fee collection ≥95%. Every naira tracked. Zero audit queries. PAYE + pension & other similar monthly payments remitted on time, every time.
- Operations: Buses run. Generators run. Taps run. Repairs done in 48hrs. Vendors deliver value or get replaced.
- People: Payroll with <1% error. Staff files 100% complete. Support staff shows up, trained, and clear on their job.
- Parents: Admin complaints resolved in 24hrs. “No parent should leave angrier than they came.
Requirements:
- BSc accounting, business admin, economics
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in finance/operations. 2yrs in a school = huge plus.
- ICAN/ACCA underway or complete. If you can’t read a balance sheet, don’t apply.
- Advanced Excel + BUSYWIN/QuickBooks.
- Ownership mindset
- Firm and polite.
Location: OPIC Estate, Isheri, Ogun
Remuneration: NGN 400,000 - 650,000 based on experience
