Job Summary
- Coinbox Limited is seeking a highly motivated, target-driven Business Development Officer to champion the commercial growth and market expansion of our core corporate services.
- In this revenue-focused role, you will be responsible for driving B2B sales and securing high-value contracts across our primary verticals: Recruitment, Personnel Outsourcing, HR Consulting, Strategic Business Partnerships, Corporate Training, and Research & Development R&D services. The ideal candidate will combine aggressive sales acumen with strong digital marketing skills and proficiency in modern AI tools, acting as a tech-enabled bridge between clients' organizational needs and Coinbox Limited’s tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales, Target Achievement & Digital Lead Generation
- Meet and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets across all service lines Recruitment, Outsourcing, Consulting, Training, and R&D.
- Leverage digital marketing strategies and strong social media skills particularly LinkedIn to generate high-quality B2B leads, build brand authority, and drive inbound inquiries.
- Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from initial cold outreach and digital campaigns to contract signing.
Core HR Service Promotion Recruitment & Outsourcing
- Pitch and sell personnel outsourcing and staff management solutions to companies looking to optimize their workforce overheads.
- Secure executive search and bulk recruitment mandates, effectively communicating our rigorous screening and competency mapping processes.
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to ensure Coinbox’s HR services remain highly competitive and attractive to decision-makers.
Consulting, Training & R&D Services
- Sell bespoke HR consulting services, including the development of staff handbooks, performance scorecards, leadership frameworks, and corporate policies.
- Drive sales and corporate sign-ups for our specialized training programs, positioning them as essential tools for workforce capacity building.
- Pitch and secure contracts for our Research & Development R&D services, helping organizations leverage data and strategic research for business growth.
Tech-Enabled Client Relationship Management CRM
- Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for new clients, ensuring a smooth handover to the operational teams for service delivery.
- Utilize AI tools such as Gemini or Copilot and Microsoft Office Suite to streamline the sales process, optimize proposals, analyze data, and enhance client presentations for maximum ROI.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention rates, contract renewals, and cross-selling.
- Prepare, present, and defend compelling business proposals and Service Level Agreements SLAs to C-suite executives and HR Directors.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field with a 2.1 CGPA.
- Proven track record in B2B sales or business development, with a clear history of meeting or exceeding financial targets gross pay structure demands high performance.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint for crafting professional proposals and data tracking.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve workplace efficiency, automate outreach, and refine sales strategies.
- Strong digital marketing and social media skills, with the ability to run campaigns and leverage platforms like LinkedIn to build a corporate network and convert leads.
- Prior experience selling HR services, Corporate Training, Consulting, or B2B Research solutions is highly preferred.
- Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, closing, and presentation skills.
