Job Brief

  • We are looking for a results-driven Business Developer to identify growth opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue for the organization.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, expanding the company’s market presence, and contributing to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets
  • Develop and implement effective sales and growth strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams marketing, operations, finance to align strategies
  • Track and report on business development performance and KPIs
  • Attend networking events, meetings, and industry conferences

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent research and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
