Key Requirements
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 7–10 years of business development experience in the construction industry
- Strong network with developers, consultants, architects, contractors, industrial clients, and government agencies
- Proven ability to identify business opportunities and secure construction projects
- Experience in tendering, prequalification, proposal preparation, and contract negotiations
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
