Business Development Manager – Property Management Division

About the Role

Spectrum Real Estate Solutions Ltd is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our Property Management Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new landlords, residential and commercial property portfolios, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute business development strategies for the Property Management Division.

* Identify and secure new property management contracts.

* Build relationships with landlords, property owners, developers, investors, and institutions.

* Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital channels, and strategic partnerships.

* Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and management service agreements.

* Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

* Negotiate and close property management contracts.

* Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new properties.

* Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly acquisition targets.

* Maintain accurate sales and pipeline reports.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Sales, or a related field.

* Minimum 3 years’ experience in business development, sales, real estate, or property management.

* Proven track record of acquiring clients and closing deals.

* Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

* Knowledge of Uganda’s real estate and property management market.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
