Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric).
  • Valid driver's licence.
  • 3+ years' proven sales experience with a strong track record of closing deals.
  • Experience dealing directly with business owners and decision-makers
  • Strong business development and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Afrikaans and English.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and manage own schedule effectively.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to client sites.
  • Advantageous – selling B2B solutions, experience within advertising, digital media, technology, communications, retail solutions or related industries. Project coordination or account management experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales
  • Meet with business owners and decision-makers to present the company's digital display solutions.
  • Convert pre-qualified opportunities into signed client agreements.
  • Conduct professional sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Build trust and credibility with franchise and independent business owners.
  • Negotiate and close sales opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Identify additional opportunities to grow revenue within existing and prospective client accounts.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities and sales activities.
 
Client Relationship Management
  • Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the sales and implementation process.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professional service delivery.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and client visits where required.
  • Resolve client concerns professionally and efficiently.
 
Project Coordination
  • Coordinate the installation and implementation of display monitor solutions at client sites.
  • Liaise with internal teams, suppliers and installers to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress and provide updates to clients.
  • Ensure installations are completed according to agreed timelines and quality standards.
 
Administration & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate sales and customer records.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and activity updates.
  • Manage and maintain a structured diary of appointments and client engagements.
  • Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and timeously
 
Additional Information
  • This is a home-based position requiring a high degree of self-management and accountability.
  • Leads and opportunities are generated through established commercial relationships, however the successful candidate will be responsible for converting these opportunities into business.
  • Successful candidates may be required to undergo reference, criminal and qualification verification checks.
