Job title: Broker Administrator - New Business (Pretoria East)
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist in identifying and targeting potential clients
• Follow up on leads and facilitate initial client meetings
• Assit in the preparation, processing and administration of new policy applications
• Maintain up to date records of clients policies and ensure all documentation is accurate
• Monitor policy renewals, updates and cancellations
Provide ongoing support to excisting clients, addressing queries and resolving issues
• Assist with policy amendments, claim prosesses and any ohter client service needs
• Manage the organize client files, records and correspondence
• Prepare reports and documentation for internal use and client presentations
• Work closely with brokers, sales teams, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
• Support the development and implementation of strategies to enhance client accquistion and retention
• Ensure adherence to industry regulations, company policies and ethnical standards
• Stay updated with charges in industry regulations and market trends
Qualifications and Skills:
• Matric
• 2 or more years experience in life insurance industry
• Computer Literate
• RE5 will be an advantage
• Astute & atwork will be an advantage
• Afrikaans and English fluent speaking and writing
• Valid driver license and own transport
