Key Responsibilities

  • Managing executive diaries, appointments, and schedules
  • Overseeing and maintaining shared mailboxes
  • Preparing quotations and handling administrative documentation
  • Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and taking accurate minutes
  • Ensuring all tasks, follow-ups, and action items are tracked and completed within agreed timeframes
  • Providing comprehensive Personal Assistant support to management
  • Assisting with branch administration and operational processes
  • Managing confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Performing ad hoc administrative duties as required
 
Minimum Requirements
  • Previous Branch Administration experience
  • Experience within a TES Recruitment, or Staffing environment will be advantageous
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and general administrative systems
