We are looking for dedicated staff for the following positions:
Bouncers / Door Supervisors
- Control entry to the venue, checking IDs and verifying legal drinking age.
- Manage queues and crowd flow to ensure a safe and orderly entrance.
- Monitor patron behavior and intervene in conflicts or disruptive situations.
- Remove intoxicated, aggressive, or non-compliant individuals safely.
- Conduct pat-downs or bag checks as per security protocols.
- Coordinate with security guards and management on potential risks.
- Maintain a visible presence to deter anti-social behavior.
- Document incidents and prepare incident reports for management.
