FULL-TIME BOARDING MATRON (1)

Age: 30 to 50 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising learners in the boarding house and ensuring their safety at all times
• Maintaining discipline, order, and proper conduct in dormitories
• Monitoring learners’ daily routine, including prep time, meals, and rest periods
• Providing guidance and care, and escalating any issues or concerns to school management

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 12 Certificate
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Boarding Matron with traceable references
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Must be honest, responsible, and hardworking
