The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder engagement skills, experience documenting functional and business requirements, and the ability to visually represent business processes and system interactions using use-case and BPMN diagrams.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
- Business Analysis Certification (e.g. FTI, IIBA, CBAP, ECBA, or similar) and/or relevant IT Qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proven experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation.
- Experience creating use-case diagrams and business process workflows.
- Understanding of BPMN and business process modelling techniques.
