Audience & Prospect Concierge For UK Property Brand - Remote

I’m looking for a sharp, socially intelligent operator to join my UK property brand and help manage the conversations that come through Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, WhatsApp, and our wider audience.

This is not a normal VA role.

It is also not a basic appointment-setting role where you spam people, push for calls, and sound like every other sales rep online.

The role is much deeper than that.

I run a UK property brand that helps people learn how to make money through property, find property opportunities, invest into property opportunities

The brand is built through organic social media content, meaning many people already know, like, and trust the brand before they ever message us.

Your job is to protect that trust, understand where each person is in their journey, and guide them to the right next step.

That could mean sending someone a free training, collecting their email, seeing if they are suitable for one of our live events...

Spotting someone who may want to invest, booking a call, or flagging an important conversation for me to handle personally.

There is most definitely room to elevate to a much higher and trusted position for the right individual

You’ll be on the front line of the brand.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Starting warm conversations with people engaging with the brand
• Managing messages across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and WhatsApp
• Understanding whether someone is curious, interested, ready to invest
• Collecting emails and WhatsApp numbers where appropriate
• Tracking messages, replies, lead status, and outcomes
• Re-opening old conversations where there may still be potential
• Helping work out who is suitable for events, training, investment opportunities
• Using AI tools to improve speed, research, tracking, and message quality
• Helping build a clean, organised system for managing conversations & leads

Who This Is For

This role is for someone who is genuinely interested in:

• Property, Business, Investing, Entrepreneurship, Sales psychology
• How men think, make decisions, and talk about ambition

Most of the audience is UK-based men, often in their 20s, 30s, and 40s.

They are interested in property, income, investing, getting ahead, replacing their salary, or building something of their own.

You need to be comfortable speaking to men all day in a natural, relaxed, intelligent way.

You’re likely a strong fit if you are:

• A strong English speaker
• Naturally socially intelligent
• Comfortable with direct feedback
• Interested in property, business, and investing
• Good at reading people through messages
• Calm, sharp, and not overly emotional
• Able to learn fast and not repeat the same mistake again and again

Who This Is NOT For

Do not apply if:

• You just want an easy remote admin job
• You have no interest in property, money, or business
• You sound overly formal or corporate, or salesy
• You are uncomfortable speaking to men
• You struggle with direct feedback
• You are not willing to learn UK audience culture, slang, and tone
• You only want fixed tasks and no responsibility

This role requires judgement. You’ll need to understand context, tone, intent, money signals, and timing.

How We Communicate

The brand voice is relaxed, direct, sharp, and human.

We are not trying to sound like a polished corporate company. We are also not trying to sound like desperate salespeople.

The goal is to be useful, calm, and commercially intelligent.

The right person should be able to speak to people in a way that feels natural, not forced.

Pay

• $1,500/month base + commission
• $2,000-$4,000/month expected earnings once you are performing
• Commission is made on revenue from people you help find, qualify, nurture, or move forward who end up becoming paying clients

This is a long-term role. If you become genuinely valuable, there is room to grow.
