This role serves as the initial point of contact for milk arriving at the MCP and is responsible for coordinating efforts, performing quality testing, and ensuring that processes are properly executed with appropriate documentation.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Test raw milk quality for acceptance
Provide advice for farmer on handling of milk
maintain legal compliance
Coordinate milk collection activity
Ensure Milk cooling facility run smoothly and efficiently
Maintain record of Daily quality and Quantity of milk collected.
