Employment Information

This role focuses on supporting clients with card‑related services, including card activation, upgrades, and credit limit increases, while ensuring applications are accurate and compliant.

Responsibility
  • Contact clients to support card activation, upgrades, new card offers, and credit limit increases.
  • Review and validate new card applications to ensure accuracy and policy compliance.
  • Deliver a professional, friendly, and customer‑centric service experience.
  • Perform outbound calls for issuing campaigns, including sales and declined transaction follow‑ups.
  • Handle client queries, issues, and complaints, escalating where necessary.
  • Apply sound knowledge of card and payment products when assisting clients.
  • Use card systems and tools accurately, including card management systems and e‑forms.
  • Work closely with team members and internal stakeholders to complete tasks on time.
  • Support issuing initiatives, campaigns, and business activities as required. Assist at service counters and in back‑office operations when needed.
 
Profile
  • Higher School Certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Two years of experience in a similar role or industry is an advantage.
  • Good verbal communication skills and confidence when engaging with clients.
  • Clear and professional email writing skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems.
  • Customer‑focused, organised, and attentive to detail.
  • A positive team player with a collaborative approach.
