Assistant Director, Food& Beverage

Purpose of Position 

The Assistant Director of Food & Beverage supports the Director of Food & Beverage in leading and managing all food and beverage operations across restaurants, bars, in-room dining, banquets, events, and other related outlets. The role ensures exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, financial performance, and adherence to luxury hospitality standards while fostering a culture of service excellence and team development.

Qualifications & Experience 

Experience

Minimum 5-7 years of Food & Beverage management experience within a luxury hotel or resort environment.Previous experience as Food & Beverage Manager, Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, or equivalent leadership role preferred.

Proven experience managing multiple outlets and large teams. 

Education

Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Skills & Competencies 

Strong leadership and people management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Strong financial and commercial acumen.Exceptional guest service orientation.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic luxury hospitality environment.Knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and quality assurance standards.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality management systems.
