Role Overview for AR Query Investigations Agent Jobs in Lusaka The AR Query Investigations Agent plays a vital role in managing and resolving customer enquiries related to accounts receivable.

You will handle queries from multiple channels including inbound and outbound calls and emails, ensuring timely and accurate responses that uphold DHL’s high customer service standards. This role supports credit and collections administration and requires adherence to internal policies and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities Support Credit & Collections and Accounts Receivable (OTC) activities under moderate supervision. Promptly attend to customer queries from various channels, prioritizing inbound calls and emails in a call center environment.

Apply knowledge to resolve recurring queries efficiently and professionally. Conduct internal investigations and follow established procedures to resolve customer issues, including outbound communications.

Accurately log all queries in the ERP system without delay. Promote self-service options and work to prevent recurring customer queries through structured resolutions.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage billing adjustments as necessary. Escalate complex issues to senior agents or supervisors when resolution requires additional support.

Remove query classifications on invoices when resolved and document agreements with customers in the ERP system. Assist with more complex billing queries and engage directly with customers as needed.

Candidate Requirements 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable, credit, or collections functions. Strong communication skills and professional customer service orientation.

Ability to work accurately and efficiently with moderate supervision. Familiarity with ERP systems and call center environments is advantageous.
