Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in aftersales, technical sales, service/site management, or business development within mining or heavy equipment
- Strong knowledge of mineral separation and comminution equipment
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Northern Cape mining sector experience advantageous
- Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport
- Based in Kathu, with frequent regional travel
- Develop and execute aftersales, spares, and maintenance sales strategies
- Build and manage key client relationships across mining and processing plants
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and site visits
- Establish and oversee regional service teams
- Manage spares inventory and equipment refurbishment strategies
- Report on market trends, sales performance, and forecasts
