About the Role – Administrative Logistics Project Support Jobs in Lusaka As a Non-Key Expert in Administrative, Logistics & Project Support, you will provide essential operational and logistical assistance to the AESPP Boost programme.
Your responsibilities will include contract and activity monitoring, supporting financial reporting, organizing meetings and events such as webinars and workshops, and coordinating various project-related activities. Your role will be critical in ensuring smooth programme execution and facilitating effective communication among stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Monitor contracts and project activities to ensure compliance and timely delivery. Support financial reporting processes to maintain accurate and transparent records.
Organize and coordinate meetings, webinars, workshops, missions, and other events. Facilitate communication and collaboration among project partners and stakeholders.
Provide logistical and operational support to enhance programme efficiency. Qualifications and Experience A university degree of at least three years in administration, project management, finance, communication, social sciences, or a related field.
Equivalent professional experience with an additional three years is accepted in lieu of a degree. Minimum of three years’ professional experience in project administration, contract and project monitoring, logistics, or operational support.
At least one year of experience supporting donor-funded or international programmes, including financial reporting and event organization. Experience working in Africa is an advantage.
Excellent command of English is required; working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is considered an asset. Bachelor’s degree and over three years of project monitoring experience are essential prerequisites.
