Responsibilities

  • Process invoices and prepare for payment.
  • Prepare and maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Conduct bank reconciliation.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports
  • Assist external auditors
  • Support ad-hoc tasks.

 

 

Qualifications & Skills

 

  • Qualification in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Positive attitude and result-oriented mindset.
  • Fully conversant with MS Office tools, particularly Excel.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Microsoft Dynamics Nav or Business Central would be a plus).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
