Job Summary

• The AC / HVAC Maintenance Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning and ventilation systems to ensure optimal performance and comfort.
• The role includes troubleshooting issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring safety and compliance with technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, and maintain air conditioning and HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot and repair faulty AC units and ventilation systems
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment to avoid breakdowns
• Monitor system performance and recommend upgrades or replacements
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and service reports
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Manage and store spare parts and tools responsibly
• Collaborate with other engineering staff to resolve complex technical issues
• Respond to emergency breakdowns promptly to minimize disruption
• Advise management on energy efficiency and cost-saving opportunities

Qualification

• Interested candidates should possess an OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree with 1-5 years experience.
