We believe in growing talent from within. Through our Graduate Trainee Programme, new recruits receive six months of intensive, hands-on training on a monthly stipend. Trainees then move into one of two career streams: Grant Writing and Proposal Development, or Project and Grant Management. You will bring your own discipline to the running of the firm while gaining specialist skills in winning and managing funded projects.
